Our ace in the hole: the incredible cuisine

Our head chef “Mischi”, as we call him, has been with us for more than 26 years.

Besides the Mediterranean and international specialities, the separate steak-menu is amongst our guests’ favourite delights. Whether it is 84 points from the highly renown Fallstaff guide, or a slap on the back from one of our neighbours – our aim is simple: We want to make our guests happy, course by course.

Gift culinary delights

The one thing not to miss, is to enjoy a succulent steak on our panorama terrace. Mischi is a professional in all matters kitchen related. Meat is his very own passion. Working together with small farms in the area, we are proud to serve only high-quality meat and thus the most incredible steaks you can imagine.

Furthermore, we have a partner establishment in Schenna, run by our head chef’s brother Josef Prunner. Twice a week we host yoga sessions with a view on their rooftop terrace. Our early birds are particularly impressed by the sunrise yoga – an experience you wouldn’t want to miss!
