Google reCAPTCHA
To protect our forms from automated submissions and misuse (e.g. by bots or spam), we use Google reCAPTCHA provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA analyses user behaviour based on various characteristics (including IP address, time spent on the site and input behaviour) and uses a cookie (_GRECAPTCHA) for this purpose. Fonts (Adobe Fonts)
To ensure consistent font display, we use Adobe Fonts (formerly ‘Typekit’), a service provided by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited, 4–6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Ireland (parent company: Adobe Inc., 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, USA). When you visit our website, your browser downloads the necessary fonts from Adobe’s servers to ensure text is displayed correctly. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to Adobe. Google Maps
We incorporate map data from the Google Maps service to display the locations of our partner businesses and provide travel information. Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. In order to provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process any additional details that users provide voluntarily. To send you our newsletter, we require your email address and your confirmation that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have signed up for the newsletter, we will therefore send you a confirmation email containing a link to confirm your subscription (double opt-in). We use the Mailster newsletter system, which is hosted on our own server, to send and manage our newsletter. Your data is therefore not transferred to an external mailing service provider. Voucher Shop
We have integrated an external voucher shop into our website, through which you can purchase vouchers. This shop is operated by INCERT eTourismus GmbH & Co KG, Leonfeldner Straße 328, 4040 Linz, Austria. The data entered during the voucher purchase (in particular, title, first name and surname, address, email address, payment details and order details) is collected by the voucher shop and processed by INCERT on our behalf as part of data processing on our behalf in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. The data is required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, the voucher purchase cannot be processed. Data will only be disclosed to third parties to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract (in particular to the payment service provider for the debiting of the purchase price) or where required by statutory retention and record-keeping obligations. The data is stored for the duration of the statutory retention periods and the warranty and redemption periods applicable under voucher law. We maintain a presence on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with users, prospective customers and customers who are active there. When accessing these networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing policies of the respective operators apply.
