Here you can take advantage of the freedom of an apartment combined with the convenience of a hotel – that is the new innovative overnight accommodation concept from Janine Scheiber and brothers Dominic and Benedikt Kapferer.

While the peaks outside frame the valley and invite you to take part in all that the valley has to offer, at the end of the day you can retreat back to your stylish Lifesteil apartment and make the most of the resorts facilities.

The apartments can accommodate 2-6 people and are equipped with all the amenities you would expect to find in a 4*S hotel. Part of what makes our concept so special is our in-house cocktail bar “Botanik”, plus an à la carte breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.
The absolute highlight is the 16m high inner courtyard covered with plants, which is perfect for Jungle enthusiasts.

On the 4th floor there is a spa area with saunas, a steam bath, relaxation rooms and a breath-taking infinity glass pool surrounded by the Ötztal mountains.

The resort is open all year round, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the region of Ötztal in all seasons. In summer, hiking and biking holidaymakers are spoilt for choice. With the Bike Republic in Sölden and the Area 47 outdoor adventure park at the entrance of the valley, action lovers can let off steam.
