  • 250 ml milk
  • 140 g flour
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • Stewed plums


Mix milk, flour, and eggs to a smooth batter and pour into a greased, hot pan. Bake in a fan oven at 220 degrees for approx. 8 minutes. Then tear into rough pieces with 2 forks, caramelise with 2 tablespoons of sugar, and serve with plum roast.
